Saturday Sillies

I've been trying to think of a way to record all of the small, silly things my boys do and having a "Saturday Sillies" recap post each week seems like a great way to do it!

So here we go!

Michael has been saying "Hey Baby!" when he greets me (from nap, being somewhere else, etc) He also screams "BABY!" when he sees his Grammy...even in Church.

Michael is such a puncher and kicker. He likes to punch and kick the bag and pretty much anything. Here's some videos of him "practicing"

Colton and Callan have started screaming and "talking" to each other. They are constantly making each other laugh! I'm enjoying this stage of babyhood.

My mother in law was watching Michael one day and she told me she had just checked and changed his diaper and they were playing and she tooted. Michael got up went behind her and pulled her pants out and said "You poopoo?" hahahaha

A week or so ago I was washing bottles while Colton and Callan were in their jumpers and Michael was being such a good big brother bending down, talking and playing with them. I hear Michael saying "Jump, jump!" so I turn around to see who he's encouraging and he is SITTING on top of Callan IN the jumper. I about died. I tried to pick him up but he was stuck! I tried to pick Callan up but he was stuck so I try for Michael again and Callan just about falls out the back and is hanging upside down with his feet stuck so I put him back in. Think for a second and wrap my arms around them both and pull. They pop out. I put Michael down and start to comfort Callan because I assumed he was hurt and he was smiling the biggest smile I've seen on him. Apparently, he was having a blast with big brother jumping on him and I should have grabbed the camera!

This isn't quite funny but it's really neat! This morning I was sweeping in the living room and I swept up a Valentines card Michael had decorated and that I wrote his name on. After I swept it up, he started whiny and said "M, Michael!" and took the container part from me, opened it up, took out the Valentine and said "See, Michael!" He recognized his name for the first time! That was pretty great :)
